Early in 2005, as a direct result of their expertise, skill and reputation, TL Services was awarded a large contract in a competition with several other larger, systems and applications developers. The bid called for the winning development company to create a customs applications solution that would serve as an integrated operations platform for the Ontario Conservatory of Music (OCOM).

With more than 30 studios located across Ontario, OCOM needed a solution that centralized and streamlined their operations procedures and simplified interaction with students. Not only was TL's bid significantly lower than the next closest competitor's, it also provided the most suitable custom applications solution that maximized administration, billing and accounting, student and employee records, marketing, sales and relationship building programs and provided cost-saving efficiencies that contributed to their bottom line performance.

As well, TL Services provided consulting services and managed the selection process for all technical and hardware systems needed for the program. Project management by TL Services from start to finish, ensured the compatibility of all components and a smooth integration of the new system as it came online in a controlled, three phase roll-out.
